The most difficult question for tahini lovers is whether I should buy single roasted tahini or double roasted tahini.
When looked at from the outside, single roasted tahini is light in color, while double roasted tahini is dark in color.
Many people think double-roasted means over-roasted or burnt. In fact, we roast both at 90 degrees Celsius. The only difference is that double-roasted is roasted a little longer.
You can choose according to your taste. Single-roasted tahini is milder. Double-roasted tahini has a woodier, smokier flavor.
